Our ministries are organized according to our Mission Statement, which allows us to be accountable to God in all of our ministry activities and the stewardship of resources.

All ministries are organized under four ministry divisions:

Reverence God (Worship Operations)

This mission of the Worship Operations Division is to Reverence God through dynamic corporate worship and relevant preaching, and to do so by organizing ministries that insure the continuous optimization of the worship experience, focusing specifically in the areas of creative arts, music, guest services and technical support.

Raise Christians (Christian Formation)

The Mission of the Christian Formation Division is to Raise Christians using creative methods in equipping our members for the work of the ministry, and to do so by organizing ministries and systems that support continuous and progressive maturation of believers, moving them along a developmentally appropriate continuum from new convert to fully-devoted follower of Christ.

Reach People (Evangelism, Outreach and Justice)

The Mission of the Evangelism, Outreach and Justice Division is to Reach People through programs and outreaches which bring about spiritual and social change, and to do so by organizing programs and outreaches that help to minister the love and mercy of Christ to the unchurched and those in practical need.

Release Leaders (Leadership and Church Growth)

The mission of the Division of Leadership and Church Growth is to Release Leaders to serve God’s Kingdom by planting their gifts in other places, and to do so by organizing programs and systems that develop people to understand their leadership identity, specific calling and assignment, and to utilize their gift mix, talents, abilities and resources to serve the Kingdom of God.
